In this online class, we will explore the top kid-friendly plants, learn about kid friendly herbal preparations, and discuss how to invite children to take the herbs you prepare for them.

• 5 plant monographs

• dosing guidelines

• kid-friendly recipes

• discussion of common sicknesses and ailments and how to support them with herbs

• tips on inviting children to WANT to take herbs- from preparation methods, to serving suggestions, to games
