Roots and Fruits: A Plant Medicine Deep Dive

This class introduces a basic understanding how the seasons impact the harvest, how to know which part of the plant you need and in which season it will be most potent. We will also discuss herbal preparations for different parts of the plant, including sampling several preparations.
Optional Plant Walk offsite (about 10 minutes from the classroom space) prior to class, at 12pm. Details of this will be sent to class participants. Weather permitting.
